Varning för Södermalms flytt & städ!

En väldigt lång historia om allt som går fel om man anlitar Södermalms flytt & städ. Kort sammanfattning: fel från början till slut. Pengar som försvann. Trasiga möbler som de vägrade ersätta. Oerhört otrevliga och anklagade oss för att ljuga när vi berättade vad de anställda säger när chefen inte är med.

När man anlitar en flyttfirma tror man att de ska leverera ens tillhörigheter från en adress till en annan, utan att ha sönder något. Så blev det tyvärr inte i vår flytt. Orsaken heter Södermalms flytt & städ.

Fel direkt
Det började med att det blev fel redan vid andra kontakten, när de skulle leverera kartonger. Vi satt hemma och väntade avtalad tid, ingen dök upp. Visst, alla kan göra fel. Men det är hur man hanterar sina misstag som är det viktiga. Södermalms flytt & städ hanterade alltid sina misstag genom att anklaga oss. I alla samtal har tonen varit anklagande. Även när de gjort fel. Inte så trevligt. När kartongerna väl lämnades blev det ett missförstånd och jag pratade med vår kontaktperson i telefon. Hon gick direkt in i försvarsställning och anklagade oss för massa saker.

Magkänslan sa förstås att det här inte är en bra firma, det här kommer inte gå bra. Men, mitt i flyttyra så orkade vi inte börja om, och körde vidare med Södermalms flytt & städ. Dåligt beslut.

Ingenting hamnar där det ska
Flyttdagen kom. Tre flyttkillar: alla tre bar men en var också någon form av förman. Det första han sa var att oj, vad bra förberedda vi var, och oj vad ovanligt att se att kunder packat så här bra. Det lät ju lovande. Vi berättar att vårt stora, fina skåp har en skada i taket sedan tidigare. Förmannen berömmer oss för att vi påtalade den innan flytten. När de började bära upp på nya adressen kände vi att de var väldigt oförsiktiga. Vi sa det till förmannen men han lugnade oss. Förmannen var den enda som överhuvudtaget reflekterade över var lådor och möbler skulle vara. Allt var som sagt väldigt tydligt märkt, men de andra två flyttkillarna stjälpte bara in allting. Vissa saker hann vi styra: sängen in i sovrummet tex, men kökskartonger hamnade i allt annat än köket och så vidare.

10 000-kronorsskåp trasigt
Vi sa till igen, ni är väldigt oförsiktiga, nu börjar vi bli väldigt oroliga, det här känns inte bra. Men blev lugnade, det var ingen fara. Direkt efter tog dock förmannen min sambo åt sidan och berättade att vårt stora, fina 10 000-kronorsskåp hade gått sönder. Det stod då kvar i flyttbilen men bars upp till lägenheten senare. Men lugn, bara lugn, det skulle Södermalms flytt & städ förstås laga, sånt här händer ju hela tiden så de är vana. När skåpet kommer upp till lägenheten säger vi att det ska upp till vång två. Lite krångligt säger förmannen, men inga problem, självklart ska det upp dit vi vill. Jag frågar om detta flera gånger eftersom vi inte kan bära upp det själva, och han garanterar att det ska upp en våning. Men eftersom det är trasigt och kommer skickas till en möbelsnickare är det ingen idé att bära upp det nu. Det kan vi förstås se logiken i.

Enorm madrass intryckt i flyttkartongsstor hiss
Södermalms flytt & städ hade sparat vår stora madrass till sist. 160×200 cm, ca 25 cm tjock, full med fjädrar och resår och vad man nu har i en madrass. Förmannen har då lämnat oss för att uträtta ett ärende och i hans frånvaro väljer flyttkillarna att trycka in madrassen i vår hiss. Hissen är stor nog för en flyttkartong, som man får in på millimetern. Självklart går det åt helvete. Hissen stannar och madrassen är förstås helt mosad.

Nu blir vi arga på riktigt. Jag blir topp tunnor rasande, och det får flyttkillarna höra. Förmannen är tillbaka, och säger att killarna är dumma i huvudet, lata och idioter, hade han bara varit kvar hade detta aldrig hänt. Dessutom, lägger han till, ska vi vara väldigt glada över att han varit med under dagen, hade han inte varit där hade det varit fullständig katastrof från minut ett, eftersom flyttkillarna är så odugliga. Hissen sitter fast, och det är bara att ringa hissmontör, klockan sju på kvällen. Som tur är kommer han snabbt.

Förmannen är plötsligt försvunnen, han har gått hem. Med våra nycklar. Kvar står flyttkillarna och vill ha betalt, kontant betalning på dagen är avtalat (mot kvitto, ett kvitto vi inte får).

Nyckel på villovägar
Jag säger att jag inte betalar något utan att vara säker på att jag inte får en hissreparatörsfaktura i brevlåda och utan att vi har fått tillbaka våra nycklar. Vår känsla för Södermalms flytt & städ är inte särskilt bra nu, och vi kommer inte betala något med våra nycklar på vift. Jag ringer min kontaktperson på Södermalms flytt & städ men får inte tag på henne. Killarna vill ha betalt, men vi säger nej. De ringer sin chef som ringer förmannen. Han får vända. Under tiden har min kontaktperson på Södermalms flytt & städ för att berätta vad som hänt, jag vill att hon ska vara informerad om allt. Berättar också om skåpet och den allmänna känslan av oförsiktighet. Säger att jag vill ha en garanti om att vi inte kommer behöva betala hissreparatören. Hon förklarar att det gör inte Södermalms flytt & städ heller. Ok, utan garanti för detta betalar inte jag flyttkillarna (som nu sitter i trapphuset). Hon säger att det här händer hela tiden (andra gången någon på Södermalms flytt & städ säger att de gör misstag hela tiden!) och att bostadsrättsföreningen brukar betala. Till slut får jag henne att garantera att jag inte är ansvarig för fakturan. Om brf:en klagar får de ta det med henne.

Plötsligt saknas pengar
Eftersom vi får garanti på att vi inte ska betala hissreparationen och info om att förmannen är på väg tillbaka med våra nycklar betalar vi. (Det kommer visa sig vara vårt största misstag i den här historien, förutom att överhuvudtaget anlita Södermalms flytt & städ förstås).

Vi har aldrig kontanter, så vi hade tagit ut exakt rätt summa. Sambon hämtar dem, räknar dem en gång, räknar dem inför mig en gång och vi går ut med dem till flyttkillarna. Räcker över dem och uppmanar dem att räkna. De säger nej tack och går. Några minuter senare ringer det på dörren. Flyttkillarna är tillbaka och säger att det fattas 500 kronor. Jag säger direkt nej, det gör det inte. De visar oss pengarna, och ja, de håller i fem hundra kronor för lite. Ok, då har ni väl tappat dem, säger ja. Nej nej, det var för lite säger de. Nej, säger vi. Det var rätt summa. Vi hade tagit ut exakt rätt summa, vi räknade flera gånger och ni valde att inte kontrollräkna. Ni har väl tappat dem. De framhärdar, vi också. Stämningen är inte trevlig. Jag ska inte säga hotfull, men definitivt olustig. De ringer sin chef, tjafsar mer med oss men vi säger bara nej. Till slut går de. Jag ringer genast min kontaktperson på Södermalms flytt & städ som direkt säger att de litar på oss. Bra, men det känns ju lite märkligt. Är detta ett mönster?

En stund senare kommer förmannen med vår nyckel.

Skåp, bord, soffor, madrass med mera, med mera – oj så mycket skador
Klockan är väl 20 nu, och min bror med familj kommer på besök för att kolla in lägenheten. Dagen därpå skulle vi jobba som vanligt, men eftersom vi lovat Södermalms flytt & städ att dokumentera alla skador på skåpet och maila det till dem så snabbt som möjligt får vi ta ut en semesterdag och stanna hemma. Vi börjar dokumentera skåpet. Jag ska inte lägga in alla bilder här, det blir för mycket, men några exempel:

Vi gör ett väldigt detaljerat dokument som vi mailar till Södermalms flytt & städ. Där fotar vi varje skada och beskriver den tydligt. Vi berättar också om den skada som skåpet redan hade och föreslår att de kan låta möbelsnickaren laga även den som kompensation för vad som helst. Jag poängterar att det inte är något vi begär, det är en gammal skada, men att det vore snyggt om Södermalms flytt & städ tog hand om även den.

I mailet berättar jag också att flera andra möbler blivit skadade. Jag skriver att vi inte tänker framföra några officiella klagomål på detta – vi orkar bara inte – men att vi ändå vill berätta. ”En stor repa på en skinnfåtölj, jack/hack på flera ställen i ett bord, hål i ryggen på en soffa, avskavt trä på flera platser på en byrå, två skadade steg i trappan inne i lägenheten, repor på en kontorshurts, repor på en rh-stol, svart smuts på en beige soffa och ett intryckt hörn och avskavd färg på en tavelram är vad vi sett nu.” skriver jag. (Senare har vi sett att vår andra soffa har ett hål i ett armstöd.) Jag ber också om ett kvitto, eftersom jag inte fick något sådant vid betalningen.

Svar: ena flyttkillen får aldrig jobba hos oss mer
Svaret kommer senare samma dag. Ingen reaktion alls på de många skadorna eller att vi väljer att inte kräva något för dem, inget svar på min fråga om kvitto.

Däremot skriver Södermalms flytt & städ ”Absolut ska vi komma och hämta skåpet och lämna in det” och ”Angående de 500 kr så litar jag till 100 på er,den killen Filip som jobbade i går är inhyrd från en annan flyttfirma eftersom vi inte hade tillräckligt med vår personal eftersom det är semester tider. Han får definitivt inte jobba mer för oss.”

Soffbordet oanvändbart
Dagen efter har vi hunnit titta igenom allt ordentligt och insett att vårt soffbord är för skadat för att det ska gå att använda. Eftersom kostnaden för bordet varit 12 045 kr hör vi av oss till Södermalms flytt & städ igen. Lika bra dokumentation den här gången. Lite bilder:

Besiktningsmannen från Södermalms flytt & städ: det är bara missbrukare och alkoholister som blir flyttkillar, och vi betalar dem svart, så klart det går åt helvete
Södermalms flytt & städ vill skicka en besiktningsman hem till oss. (Som ska ta med kvitto. Det gör han inte.) Givetvis svarar vi ja. Killen som kommer hem till oss är kanske besiktningsman, vad vet jag om hans utbildning, men vi har träffat honom tidigare; det var han som levererade tomma kartonger till oss den där första dagen. Han pratar en del, och säger bland annat att eftersom det bara är alkoholister, missbrukare och ”invandrare som bara vill tjäna pengar och dra vidare till ett nytt land” som blir flyttkillar är det klart att flyttarna går åt helvete. När ni betalar pengar delas de ut svart på kvällen. Klar ingen annan vill ha ett sådant jobb, som dessutom är slitigt. Vi häpnar över att han säger så om sin arbetsgivare.

Ersättningsförslag: 2 000 kronor
När besiktningen är gjord får jag ett mail från Södermalms flytt & städ möbelsnickaren har semesterstängt men de kan sätta in 2 000 kronor på mitt konto, eller så väntar vi tills snickaren har öppnat igen i augusti (flytten skedde den 3 juli). Jag har flera gånger skickat vårt sommarschema till Södermalms flytt & städ så de vet att vi inte är hemma och kommer tillbaka först i augusti.

Vi blir först mållösa, men svarar sedan via mail. Jag har hittills varit enbart trevlig och haft god ton (ja, utom när jag skällde ut flyttkillarna när hissen hade stannat): ”Nu blir jag lite chockad. Bara skåpet och bordet kostade oss mer än 20 000 kronor att köpa. Räknar vi med alla skadade möbler, som vi valt att inte kräva er på ersättning för, är vi uppe i skador på möbler värda långt över 100 000 kronor. [När jag räknat mer ordentligt senare visade sig den summan vara ca 85 000 kronor].

Vi är med andra ord helt ointresserade av en ersättning på 2 000 kronor. Som jag också sagt reser vi bort imorgon bitti och är tillbaka först i början av augusti så ingenting hade i alla fall kunnat hända nu.

Vi räknar med att ni lagar skåpet och bordet så att det går att använda igen, alternativt ersätter oss med hela inköpspriset så att vi kan köpa dessa möbler på nytt.”

Södermalms flytt & städ svarar: ”Då hämtar vi möblerna då vi kommer tillbaka i slutet av juli ,garanterar att dem blir som nya.”

Allmänt förvirrat
Sommaren går, vi är på semester och har inte särskilt mycket kontakt med Södermalms flytt & städ. Däremot kan man väl säga att de inte hör av sig när de sagt att det ska, och att saker drar ut på tiden ”Jag ringer dig nästa vecka” från dem leder till att jag får höra av mig två veckor senare och liknande. Det är lite allmänt förvirrat, vi har bestämt ett datum då de ska hämta tomma flyttkartonger men ingen tid. Jag får inget svar när jag frågar om tid, och sen får jag mail med att kartonghämtningen är inställd, kan vi samma tid imorgon? Problemet var ju bara att det jag hela tiden påpekat var att vi inte hade bestämt någon tid …

En fars i trapphuset
I slutet av augusti börjar vi bli otåliga, det är inte roligt att hela tiden se ett trasigt soffbord och skåpet står ju i fel rum och gör att vi inte kan sätta igång med vår renovering och uppackning som vi vill. Efter en del påminnelser får vi information om att Södermalms flytt & städ ska hämta skåpet och bordet och ta det till möbelsnickaren. Själva hämtningen blir en fars. Flyttkillen som ska hämta möblerna är samma man som var hos oss för att besiktiga möblerna. Han har alltså varit hos oss tidigare. Nu ringer han mig och undrar varför vi inte öppnar, på tredje våningen. Nej, vi bor på femte, högst upp. Vi lägger på. Det ringer igen. Nu står han ju på fjärde, varför öppnar vi inte. Vi bor på femte, högst upp. Vi lägger på. Då ringer min kontaktperson på Södermalms flytt & städ. Ni öppnar inte dörren? Jag förklarar att han har ringt mig flera gånger, att han redan har varit hemma hos oss, att han kan se vad det står för namn på dörren, varför lyckas han inte gå rätt? Får svar att ja, han verkar ha tappat allt idag, idag går det inte så bra för honom. Som vanligt häpnar vi över vad Södermalms flytt & städ väljer att berätta för sina kunder.

En fars i trapphuset – den här gången också
Några dagar senare ringer Södermalms flytt & städ och undrar om de kan komma med möblerna samma eftermiddag. Jag ringer sambon som får avsluta sitt jobb och se till så att det finns plats för möblerna hemma. På grund av våra dåliga erfarenheter av Södermalms flytt & städ sätter han också upp skydd för vår trappa. En ny fars tar vid. Samma man igen, han är nu hemma hos oss för tredje gången. Den här gången är min sambo sambandscentral och inte jag, så jag vet inte hur många gånger det rings fram och tillbaka, men farsen inbegriper att flyttkillen står på vår våning och ringer på fel dörr. Till slut går min sambo ut i trapphuset och letar.

Vi får tillbaka möblerna – i sämre skick än innan
Och så kommer de, våra älskade saknade möbler. I sämre skick än innan. I. Sämre. Skick. Än. Innan.

Bordet: inte lagat alls på vissa ställen, extremt dåligt lagat på andra ställen, ny skada på ett ställe.

Skåpet: inte lagat alls på vissa ställen. Oerhört dåligt lagat på vissa ställen (så att lagningen syns mer än skadan) och med många nya skador. Dels en del riktigt stora skador, men också ca 60 nya repor.

Sambon säger till direkt och får du oerhört märkliga svar. Flyttkillarna säger saker som att möblerna är av dålig kvalitet, att de inte går att laga och – bäst av allt – alla möbler går ändå sönder till slut, så dessa skulle ändå gå sönder om några år. (!) Dessutom vägrar de ställa skåpet på avtalad plats. (Det spelar mindre roll just nu, vi kan ändå inte ha ett skåp som ser ut som kaffeved). Jag ringer Södermalms flytt & städ och nu är tålamodet är slut. Jag är inte glad i telefonen. Som vanligt tar Södermalms flytt & städ fasta på en sak av vad jag säger och vill diskutera att skåpet står på fel plats. Jag avbryter och säger att platsen är ointressant, det är trasigt. Om och om igen utspelar sig samma sak: hon pratar placering, jag avbryter. Jag berättar också vad hennes anställda har sagt till sambon idag, och hon tror mig inte. Som vanligt har hon en väldigt anklagande ton. Samtalet slutar med att jag säger att vi kommer dokumentera de nya skadorna ikväll och skicka mail till henne. Vi är som tidigare väldigt detaljerade, och några av bilderna ser ni ovan. I mailet listar jag också exakt kostnad för skåpet och för bordet – 22 845 kronor har vi betalat. Jag påtalar att hon skriftligen har garanterat oss att möblerna ska bli som nya. Vi vill ha möbler i skick som hon garanterat, eller en ekonomisk ersättning.

Södermalms flytt & städ ber om ursäkt
Södermalms flytt & städ svarar, via mail, att de kommer ordna så att snickaren kommer hem till oss för att reparera skadorna. Hon lägger till information om vad detta kostat Södermalms flytt & städ hittills (5 000 kr). Varför jag får den informationen förstår jag inte. Det har kostat oss väldigt mycket mer än så. Södermalms flytt & städ avslutar mailet med ”Vi vet att det är väldigt jobbigt för er och vi är väldigt ledsna att det hände men vi ska ändå se till att det blir rätt”.

Jag svarar att möbelsnickaren kan kontakta oss när som helst så vi kan komma överens om en tid, och att vi kommer hålla henne på hennes ord som ju var att hon garanterar att möblerna kommer bli som nya.

Plötsligt: möblerna är dåliga och vi ljuger om skadorna
Nytt mail från Södermalms flytt & städ: skåpet är gammalt och kvaliteten är inte bra. Man kan inte flytta skåpet utan att det går sönder. Skadorna skulle ha uppstått vem som än flyttat skåpet och alltså är det ingen flyttskada. Dessutom skriver hon nu att vi ljuger, det fanns massa skador innan (konstigt att hon aldrig tyckt det innan). Eftersom skåpet är gammalt (nja, från 2008) kan vi inte få full ersättning och hon menade förstås inte att hon garanterar att möblerna ska bli som nya. Hon lägger till att vi även ljuger när vi säger att flyttkillarna sagt vad de sagt.

Jag berättar sanningen – och allt spårar ur ännu mer
Vårt tålamod är mer än slut. Jag svarar, också via mail, och skriver att om skåpet var oflyttbart skulle Södermalms flytt & städ förstås ha vägrat flytta det. Istället har två av deras anställda tittat på det före flytten, och dessutom kommenterat skåpet – före flytten alltså. Eftersom skadorna uppstod i flytten är de flyttskador, väldigt enkelt. Skriver också att vi naturligtvis tolkar hennes ”garanterar att möblerna blir som nya” som att hon menar att möblerna ska bli som nya. Jag har inte lägre mycket till övers för Södermalms flytt & städ så jag berättar nu också vad flyttkillen/besiktningsmannen sagt om att de jobbar svart, bara anställer missbrukare etcetera. För att avsluta med en öppning skriver jag att ok, de tycker inte att vi kan kräva full ersättning, vad vill de då erbjuda?

Svaret är helt surrealistiskt: vi ljuger, flyttkillarna är helgon, flyttkillen/besiktningsmannen ska minsann fråga oss om våra lögner när vi träffas nästa gång och han ska spela in allt på video!

Mitt svar är enkelt: självklart vill vi inte ha med flyttkillen/besiktningsmannen att göra mer, han kan inte ens gå till rätt våningsplan hos kunder han varit hos flera gånger, han berättar avslöjande saker om företaget han är anställd på för oss som han sedan, när han blir konfronterad, tar tillbaka och säger att vi ljuger. Självklart är Södermalms flytt & städ inte välkomna in i vår lägenhet med en filmkamera.

Jag får inget svar på det så dagen efter mailar jag och undrar vad som händer. Får då svaret att man håller på att ta in offerter från olika möbelsnickare.

Dagarna går
En vecka senare har inget hänt. Jag hör av mig, nu ska vår lägenhetsrenovering starta och skåpet står i vägen (vilket de vetat hela tiden kommer orsaka problem, man lämnade skåpet stående på en väldigt märklig plats). Jag föreslår att vi låter vår hantverkare fixa det och meddelar att det skulle kosta mellan sex och sju tusen. Det tycker Södermalms flytt & städ är för dyrt.

Det har nu gått 63 dagar sedan Södermalms flytt & städ orsakade massiva skador på våra ägodelar. Jag erbjuder dem en lösning till kostnaden av 6 500 kronor. De säger nej. Jag ringde och bad dem dra åt helvete.

En överslagsräkning säger att Södermalms flytt & städ har orsakat skador på möbler värda över 85 000 kronor. Jag har rannsakat mig och oss. Vad har vi gjort för fel? Vi skulle förstås aldrig ha anlitat Södermalms flytt & städ överhuvudtaget. Och vi skulle inte ha betalat. Än i dag förstår jag inte varför vi betalade där på flyttdagens kväll.

Förresten, vi har fortfarande inte fått det utlovade kvittot.

  2. Det är tråkigt det ni råkat ut för, vi kan berätta att Södermalms saknar tillstånd för att köra flyttransporter och är kända i branschen för att vara ett oseriöst flyttföretag i Stockholm. Och kontant betalt luktar fiffel 2013 har dom flesta företag kortmaskiner. Nästa gång anlita ett riktigt flyttbolag.

  3. Vi var själva i kontakt med Södermalms flytt & städ och fick ett jätte bra pris efter 3 dagar på mailen, vi tyckte att det var kostigt att de skulle ha kontant betalning direkt på flyttdagen och inga andra alternativ, dessutom hade de kontor i Farsta om man ville ha flyttkartonger.

    Vi gick vidare och vår mäklare rekommendera Södermalms Stadsbud AB som även hade kontor på Södermalm, de var något dyrare men faktura betalning och de skicka oss en mycket seriös offert, det känndes direkt att vi hade kommit till en erfaren flyttfirma.

    Flyttningen gick jätte bra utan problem.

  6. Hm, har fått kommentarar på Facebook också om folk som fått jättebra pris. Det fick inte vi, de var inte ens billigast. Och flyttkartonger kom de hem med. (Även om det var sjukt struligt). Skönt att er flytt gick bra!

  7. Vi hade tur att vår mäklare Per Hagkvist på Husman & Hagberg rekommenderade oss Södermalms Stadsbud AB istället som han hade jobbat med i flera år utan några problem.

    Vi fick betala 1.375 kr i timmen med moms, kartongerna hämtade vi själva på deras kontor som var en fördel eftrsom då fick fick personliga packningstips av ägaren.

    Jag tror att man ska hålla sig till de äldre Stadsbudsföretagen och
    inte de nya firmorna som även Husman & Hagberg sa till oss.
    Nu hoppas vi inte på att behöva flytta igen på många år.
