Bröllopsresa del 1: Reykjavik

Vi är på bröllopsresa. En månad är vi lediga, och rutten är:
Reykjavik (3 nätter)
New York (7 nätter)
Las Vegas (6 nätter)
New York (7 nätter)
Reykjavik (1 natt)

Vi började alltså med Island:

Tre nätter och två dagar i Reykjavik: det tog bara fem minuter innan vi konstaterade att till Island ska vi åka igen.

Första dagen ägnade vi åt Reykjavik. Kollade in Hallgrimskyrkan, åkte turistbuss (ingen höjdare), vandrade på stan. Middag åt vi på fina Perlan, en snurrande restaurang som nog hade sitt bäst-före-datum för ett antal år sedan. Men det var mysigt och gott, och lite rörande.

Dag två hade vi bokat en sightseeingtur. The Golden Circle Tour. Vi besökte en tomatfarm, gejsrar, vattenfall och platsen där den eurasiatiska och den amerikanska tektoniska plattan möts. Och tittade på den galna naturen från bussfönstret däremellan.

Som sagt, vi måste tillbaka till Island (sista dygnet på bröllopsresan kommer visserligen att tillbringas där, men vi menar lite mer ordentligt)! Så fantastiskt vackert och intressant. Precis min typ av natur. Längtar!
