Heja PrisXtra!

Jag var ju besviken på PrisXtra. Idag har de hört av sig tre gånger. Fick ett mail från presschefen direkt imorse där han sa att de läst och att de återkommer till mig snarast. Och nu på eftermiddagen har jag pratat med en man två gånger.

Han använde ord som ”ingen uppmuntrande läsning”, ”personalens beteende är inte bra” och ”grundlurad”. Dessutom tackade han för att jag hört av mig. Så sa han att de vill kompensera. Dels med 200 kronor för den rabatt vi inte fått. Men även med ett restaurangbesök! Det var verkligen inte nödvändigt. Så nu ska vi ut och äta, och, förstås, fortsätta handla på PrisXtra!

För, som jag sagt tidigare, alla kan göra misstag och det är hur man beter sig efteråt som är det viktiga!
