Telenor har verkligen betett sig märkligt. Allra roligast var det idag när jag fick så galna besked att jag bara kunde skratta. Ena sekunden hade jag inte gjort någon beställning alls (fast killen jag pratade med själv sa att det var en svart 32 GB jag inte beställt, hur visste han färg och storlek om jag inte beställt någon?) och andra sekunden sa en kvinna att ingen som beställt när jag gjorde det eller efter mig fått någon telefon. Vilket bara är skrattretande eftersom det till och med varit bilder i tidningarna på folk som fått telefoner och som bevisligen gjorde sin beställning efter mig.
Men nu har jag i alla fall hävt köpet och köpt en telefon direkt via Apple istället. Det är några veckors leveranstid, men jag känner ingen större brådska. Mobilen jag har idag funkar utmärkt, till skillnad från när jag köade för en Iphone sist.
Det som gjorde mig argast på Telenor var att de ljög för mig, och att de sålde en redan såld telefon till någon annan.
Det här är så tråkigt. Telenors kundtjänst har alltid varit toppen men på senare tid har flera vittnat om motsatsen. Man undrar ju vd som hänt…
Jag har haft alla stora operatörer i Sverige, och Telenor har (hittills) varit den jag varit mest nöjd med. Men nu har jag fått så galna, helt out of the blue-svar att jag bara kan skratta åt det.
